About the job
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be involved in working with our power utility customer projects and managing their goals and expectations. You will also work with the management and executive team to deliver success to customers that will lead to expansion and renewal opportunities.
Job Responsibilities:
Managing customer relationships and project plans to deliver success
Work with stakeholders and company's business units to come up with expansion opportunities
Drive adoption, renewal and expansion metrics
Create value for customers by partnering to define success and building a joint plan with identified objectives, stakeholders, milestones, risks, and metrics needed to achieve their goals
Be the main point of contact between the company and named Enterprise accounts
Track record of managing large, complex programs
Drive the successful adoption and onboarding
Must work within a team environment with sales, pre-sales and services peers
Form strategic relationships with key stakeholders to understand a customer’s business
Work with Buzz's executive, management, engineering and project management teams to strategize plans for adoption, onboarding, expansion and renewals for customers

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering or another technical field
2 - 3 years of industry experience as a customer success manager, business associate, consultant or similar roles related to customer success/experience
History of success as a consultant, customer success, pre-sales, technical account management, or equivalent
Industrial Automation experience
Experience with driving digital transformation using cloud-based solutions and managing initiatives across R&D, pre-sales, sales, and services
Excellent communication, presentation, problem solving, conflict resolution and program management skills, with a focus on translating business requirements into technological solutions
Good time management and self-starter skills
Strong desire toward continuous learning and improvement to provide better experiences for customers and self
Experience working with C-level executives
Experience with solution development processes and application support lifecycles
3 + years experience with real-time data systems within an industrial manufacturing and/or operating industry
Experience with SaaS/PaaS
Knowledgeable with Cloud providers Microsoft, AWS or Google

You will be working with a talented, passionate and hardworking team of engineers and product/project managers to build end-to-end Machine Learning products and pipelines that will be deployed for our customers in order to prevent issues such as power outages, forced shutdowns, impact of climate change on the aging grid infrastructure and preventing wildfires.
